Dr. Marjorie Calixte-Hallworth is an entrepreneur, author, and dynamic speaker committed to helping individuals and organizations bridge the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be. A proud native of Haiti, she brings a deep understanding of resilience, purpose, and transformation to every stage and audience she encounters.

She began her career in state government, leading major training and policy initiatives, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges of turning knowledge into action. As an entrepreneur, she launched a wellness-focused apothecary that blends ancestral traditions with modern health needs an experience that deepened her commitment to helping others overcome structural and personal barriers.

She is the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations Calixte Antoine Kingdom and the Haitian Community of Tennessee both dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, service, and cultural engagement.

Dr. Marjorie is the author of Barriers to Effective Public Secondary Education in Rural Areas in Haiti, which explores the intersection of political will and access to quality education. Her highly anticipated book, Bridging the Gap: Turning Insight Into Impact, offers a transformative guide for visionary leaders, innovators, and builders. She is also developing a companion journal and a children’s book version to bring her message to broader audiences.
